I have used CLA products many times and again because mentally i feel better because the good fat ingested into into your system. I experiences more concentrated workouts and have satisfying results using CLA. I highly recommend this great product. (80% CLA 20%Lemon oil) which makes it is a great fatburning combination in ONE!
